This video contains information about trip from Singapore to Johor, Malaysia, by bus via Second Link Bridge.
The trip by Causeway Link bus starts from Jurong East (Singapore) to Tuas Checkpoint Singapore, followed by another trip to Sultan Abubakar CIQ Malaysia. After arriving at CIQ bus terminal, you can choose the Causeway Link bus that will bring you to your final destination in Johor.
One ticket costs SGD 5 for 3 trips by Causeway Link buses. It is quite cheap.

Kami biasa beli di MRT Station di Singapore.
Bang kalo misalkan saya dari indonesia trus liburan ke malaysia trus pengen pergi ke singapore tapi ga nginep dan langsung pulang di hari yg sama bisa ga bang?

Bisa, tp sebaiknya diperhitungkan waktu perjalanannya. Kalau dari Johor ke Singapore memang dekat, tp kalau dari negara bagian lain di Malaysia butuh waktu lebih lama (bisa beberapa jam).
