Traveling South in ALBANIA! Gjirokastra to Albanian Riviera (Saranda, Blue Eye, Ksamil, Butrint)

In this video, Fiori and I bring my parents to the Stone City, Gjirokastra. We visit some historical sites such as Zekate House and the Gjirokastra Castle, before making our way to the Albanian coast.
On our way to Saranda, we also stopped at Blue Eye (Syri i Kalter), which is famous for its clear blue water. After arriving at Hotel Nertili, we traveled to the ancient city of Butrint. Butrint is a UNESCO World Heritage Site worth visiting, as it has experienced many developments throughout different historical eras.
Later on, we brought my parents to their first Albanian beach: Mirror Beach (Plazhi i Pasqyrave). The next day, we also made a quick stop at the beaches in Ksamil.
In the final video from my parents' trip in Albania, we will drive up to Dhermi and go on a boat tour from there!

Butrint was never part of the old Greeks. Old Greeks they never existed. Learn about the real history of Albania my friend.
