Thank you so much! this is the first time I have watched one of your videos and their format is a great idea and very helpful. One thing that really helped me is that you wrote the main word of several phrases in Russian on the screen, which helped me identify it correctly when it's spoken. That mixed with the English translation was perfect to help me learn.

L'essence est à 39 roubles et chez nous en France, à environ 1,50 euro (95-100 roubles)... C'est moins cher en Russie ! ;-) Бензин стоит 39 рублей, и для нас, во Франции, около 1,50 евро (95-100 рублей)... это намного дешевле в России!)))

Да, зарплаты низкие в России, но цены тоже (по сравнению с францией). Например, в Париже, небольшую квартиру, 25м2 стоит между 800 и 1000 евро, но начальная зарплата молодого в 1200 евро. После, квартира 80m2 стоит 1800 евро в месяц... и нормальная средняя зарплата 2000 евро... Корзинку с едой может стоить 100 евро за неделю... Так что, остается ничего и даже меньше, чем ничего в конце месяца ! Цифры-самые высокие в западной Европе, но цены тоже!

Извините, Дарья, мой интернет отключил! Да, я знаю, для Москвы. В французских деревень, арендная плата дешевле, но люди не зарабатывают почти ничего (например, несколько из моих друзей зарабатывают 450 евро, а их дом стоит 400 евро...). Я думаю, что это везде одинаково. Во Франции, политиков заставляют думать, что это лучше здесь, чем в России (потому что зарплаты выглядят более высокими) и русские должны, к сожалению, верить это, но есть бедности в двух странах... Спасибо за этот обмен, который заставляет меня работать на русском пишет! Я думаю, что я пишу плохо, но это не серьезно, я надеюсь, что мы оба понимаем)))

As always a very nice video . Thanks for showing that part of Russia. Very good roads. I had been watching some Indian traveller's blogs and videos too since 2020. I saw cities like Belgorod, Voronish and nearby villages where he went and found very good roads there too. Even small villages were very clean and well developed. 👌, Thanks to you now I understand a little bit in Russian what some people are saying there too.

Very interesting about the border with Belerus. I didn't know that. I noticed much less traffic there, than between Petersburg and Luga. Always crowded there it seems. Thanks

Once you leave the E interstate highways the roads are in pretty poor shape.

It's gonna be crazy, driving in a vehicle, with the steering wheel, on the wrong side, plus the wrong side of the road :)

Bratislava actually exceeded my expectations when I went there, however, since you came all the way from Russia, you should've gone to Vienna too. It is even better!

Awesome! Nice car :-) Do most Russians know how to pronounce English words like "Shell" when they see them? Or maybe they're just familiar with a handful of company names and products like these? I guess since the explosion in usage of the Internet/computers that a fair amount of younger Russians are more familiar with English pronunciation (but will obviously slip up because it's so unpredictable at times :))

ну я-то не белорус:) в русском языке используется два варианта - "Белоруссия" и "Республика Беларусь". Да и белорусы далеко не все говорят так. Например, сам президент Лукашенко говорит "Белоруссия" практически всегда

Еще Белорусы пишут Масква, у нас немного разный язык и не стоит поправлять носителя другого языка, если он конечно не утверждает что говорите на одном языке.
