This trip to St.Vincent and the Grenadines was very fulfilling and fun. I was extremely happy to see my family I haven’t seen in years.It definitely brought back a lot of memories seeing the villages,people and fruits that I grew up around.

I chew that moringa seed and drink the tea, my kids swallow it with water like a pill, they hate the taste. I need to come get some from him

I never knew about eating the seed, I hate the taste lol maybe I should try swallowing it like a pill…I know, he has a moringa tree.
