I was in St. Lucia back in 2019. I stayed at The Bodyholiday Resort and actually saw the resort you stayed at while on an excursion and thought it was so cool with the bungalows/cottages hanging off of the mountain.🇱🇨

yeah I thought the cottages hanging off the mountain was cute too.. I think the resort just need to update the rooms.. then it will be a great little get away...

This was nice to see - it was a honest review without shade. I absolutely wouldn’t call it luxury….. but I also know that the purpose of the trip was greater than the travel accommodations. Happy you enjoyed yourself!

I will say every time we told people where we was saying, they way like wooo yall in the nice parts. I personally didn't have problem with the spot it was just different from staying in a resort style spot.

When I travel I take a pair of boots to go in my checked bag . I put my bedbug spray in a sock in one boot and Lysol in a sock in the other, Everything should be sanitized

Porchia out of all the nice hotels in St. Lucia that hotel y'all went too. I'm disappointed. Y'all need a do over. Either go to Sugar Beach, Harbour club, Sandals Grande, Bay Gardens Resort, Royalton. That's just to name a few

BodyHoliday is a beautiful resort as well. They offer complimentary spa treatments every day during your stay, which I took full advantage of and was able to book extra treatments too.😉

@@PorchiaNicole You definitely should. St. Lucia is also known for their "3 wall/open air" resorts like Ladera and Jade Mountain. Those two resorts are 5 star, luxury properties. 🙂

I'm so glad you enjoyed yourself cousin. The resort/ stair situation would have definitely would've called for a relocation for me. Especially, if you want to be out & about & enjoy yourself. You had to take a whole hike just to get to the actual Road. Option 2 was antiquated wooden elevator shaft to get down😮 I know it's a blessing to be in St. Lucia so I'm glad you made it do what it do & enjoyed your time.

St Lucia trip wrong hotel for lit. Stay in the north next time. St Lucia have lots to do. You did not visit the Sulphur Springs, baths, falls, etc, etc. You need 4+ nights with the right people.
