An ETA gives you permission to travel to the UK. Who can apply You can apply now if you’re a national of: Bahrain Jordan Kuwait Oman Qatar Saudi Arabia United Arab Emirates You must be a national of one of these countries and travel using a national passport. You cannot use other types of passports or travel documents. Is this true? Meaning if you are an Indian living in Ireland with IRP you still don’t qualify for ETA, meaning Indian requires VIsa to Uk?

EU citizens EU citizenship don’t need visa to travel to uk.
i am bahrani but my spouse have pakistani national can she apply with me

Only gulf nationals can apply.
