I'm not a travel expert or have any kind of qualification in giving travel advice. I'm just a girl who loves to travel and am answering the questions I have received in the past about my travels. The answers given are all my personal opinions. (but I like to think that's what makes these videos a little better - advice from personal experience rather than text book answers)

I agree with fe of your points. Happy travels!
It's also really important to do your research for vaccinations way before-hand or make an appointment at an institute for travel medicine. Love your videos btw, very helpful and interesting! :)
You are amazing. Thanks for the advice!!
hey, I'm from Germany and I plan to go to Australia next year. Your videos are perfect for me. I can learn english and I get some information about backpacking :) great. :)

So pleased you find them helpful! :) :) xx
I would add vaccines! I'm going to NYC from Argentina and passing through Panama, and even though I don't leave the airport I had to do some research because some countries need to see if you have all the vaccines that you need before you enter. Sometimes they don't ask to see it but it's best if you are immunized. Especially when backpacking, i think, since it's usually to tropical places or third world countries. love your videos!

this was really helpful!!! thaaaankyou x
If you were to do a trip should I get the currencies before I leave, or when I arrive at each country?
Great Video! I'm currently at that first stage....just finished uni and starting the planning....It is stressful to say the least. I want to go everywhere, but I want to volunteer and go with some meaning....I also only have around 6 months to save haha. :D
Hey did u book ur in between flights beforehand or did u do it as u went about traveling? Or did u travel by train?
how long do you usually spend traveling and how many places do you visit/how much time to do you dedicate to each location? so for example, i do a two week trip - is that 2 locations or 3 or 4 etc (sorry if im asking a lot of questions)
Love your videos :) x
I've just booked an STA multiflex pass and been watching all your videos since, find them super helpful :) I keep seeing horror stories about how awful the multiflex pass is and how much extra people had to pay when it came to changing their flights, just wondered what your experience with it was like?
Thanks for sharing your tips!!! :-D

Hi thanks so much for doing these videos, find them really useful. Just wondering if you ever left your valuables in the hostels you stayed in or is it not safe to do that? thanks!

Hi! I would always try and put my stuff in a locker if the hostel had them, if not I'd lock it in my backpack in the room or just bring it with me!
Beautiful eyes! :O
You are stupdly gorgeous, and this video just make me smile thinking about my upcoming trip to Europe... Thank you for the great video keep up the good work!

Hi! Quick question! I'm 25 this year and really regret not doing a year of travel or working holiday etc. when I was younger. Am I getting a bit too old for this experience? I can definetly afford to go to some good places on my yearly leave, but I'm worried I might regret this if I let it past me by :)

+Luke Oehlmann Hi Luke! Definitely not too old! Majority of backpackers are 18-30 :)

+Luke Oehlmann im 26 in October and im due to go to Australia via bali on 31st august, kinda shitting myself as ive done a bit of travelling but this is the first time im going on my own and for an extended period of time and im quitting my cushty job for it as im going on a working holiday visa, we are no way too old but ill admit had the same thoughts of id better do it soon rather than later, im not sure if its the right decision for me but hey if i dont do it now i may look back when im 30 (which will come around quick) and wish i had done it.

same here I'm 26 and your still in your 20's , I'm leaving for a world trip and probably staying and travelling Europe. I feel you when you say I wish I would have done it when your 18 and 19 but in reality I wasn't even thinking of travelling at that time. trust me man your never too old, I met a woman in Europe last year and she was in her 42 and she looked like she was 30 because she looked happy and healthy doing what she loves. LIVE YOUR LIFE YOLO :)
Thank you for the video :)
are you planning any new backpacking adventures? Love the videos! Thank You!

Thanks Kyle :) And yes! I'm off to Oz for Christmas (not backpacking) but I'm planning a backpacking trip to leave in early 2015 - hopefully India, nothing is set in stone yet though! Are you off anywhere?
Hey, decent video again, had to laugh at the smoothie though :-D I thought I would add a wee tip in for anyone reading this or for yourself next time you go away. There's a bank called Charles Schwab that I've read up on a good bit and spoken to in prep for my own travels. You get a standard current account and the card is accepted pretty much everywhere. When you withdraw your cash from a cashline you still get charged at the time but Charles Schwab will refund all transaction fees for you at the end of each month.

Backpacking Bananas You still have to give notice of what countries you are going to be in like any other bank but other than that I can't find fault with it.

chelsea hoskins I've done a lot of both! I personally do think it is safe to travel by yourself as long as you don't do anything stupid! haha. I find the vast majority of the time though, I'm never even alone :)

Cassandra Ciganek Walk as much as possible to get around, it's an amazing way to see sites you may not have on your bucket list, and its free! (if you can't walk, the tube is definitely more efficient than the buses) And try to avoid Leicester Square for clubbing nights out!!

I'm an organized person! I'm also very very very smart and wise. I'm very wise too. Where do you wanna go first? I WANNA GO TO NORTH KOREA! MEXICO! INDIA, WHERE THE INDIAN TRIBES CUT A PERSONS HEART OUT! Saving is the EASIEST Thing to do! You just stop spending money on yourself and you can save over 1,000 dollars a month. Math!
Wow You're gorgeous!!;)
