My hubby works alot as a first responder. I eat out by myself cheaper alot of times, than trying to make something at home. It use to bother me to eat out alone, but i began to realize im worth getting to eat at new places or places i like ( and he really doesn't enjoy). I do the same and play on my phone while waiting for my order. But I've found no one really looks at you or notices you. They are too busy wrapped up in their own lives to care.

Could you share trip itineraries with kids even if you don't share documented footage? Always looking for ideas and recommendations.

I think this was a very lovely thoughtful Q&A video. We all are different and come from different backgrounds. I love that you shared to “just do you” and “follow that spark inside yourself”, (as long as it’s not harmful). Explore your curiosity. ❤ Your suggestions and helpful recommendations are appreciated and well thought out. Also like “the baby steps”. Thank you for sharing. Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a wonderfully blessed 2024. Take care. 😊

I hardly watch these days just because it is only about travel. I do miss the gift guides and the monthly favorites as well as the organizational videos. Not sure why you can’t incorporate those videos with your travel experiences as well.

Thank you! This was great. I’m headed west in September I hope and the PCH will be a big part of it. I also join a tour group about once a year. Disney a couple times a year also. It’s just very comforting to hear from other solo travelers!

I was born and raised in Maine and still live here, you should come visit, there’s a lot of “outdoorsy” things to do here. The best time to come I would say is Summer or Fall. If you’re up for it of course winter is great too when we have a lot of snow, winter wonderland can be so pretty! But right now we have no snow 😢

Loved this video so much! Just a tidbit or two from what you had mentioned might be on your (very wide) bucket list! I've been to Big Sur to a retreat there called Esalen. Just gorgeous on the cliffs. And another thought even though I've not been there. But in the British Columbia Rockies, there's a place called Mt. Assiniboine that is either a 30 mile hike to the top of.....OR a helicopter ride to. It's one of those amazing destination spots that you can do lots of great dayhikes from. Heard the food is pretty awesome as well. Safe travels and all the very best to you!

I can relate Lisa… growing up in a “co parent-ish” home we didn’t travel a whole lot but it was certainly memorable even making the trek to beach or state parks… Safe travels to you!! 🙂

It’s still kinda confusing. Lol. So like for this Seattle trip, you drove from somewhere to Washington, parked your car at SeaTac Airport & then left the car there & flew back home? Then you’ll fly BACK to Seattle & drive the car somewhere else to park at that airport?
