Probably yes if you are first time visitor. I saw there are also auto and manual disembarkation pass in foreigners immigration.

For Q code. If You register early and screen capture it, you don't need wifi. You must submit custom declaration. Enjoy your trip ~

How many days before my arrival can I register for the Q Code? I want to do it as early as possible before my trip. If I do it too early, though, it probably won't count, right? ... Edit: Hey, I found out I need to wait until a couple days before my flight. According to Megan Osten's travel guide, the application for the Q Code can only be completed within 72 hours of the flight because they need the passengers' current health status. They don't want people coming to Korea with COVID on them.

I think as soon as your flight confirmed you can do Q code.

So I'm flying from the US to incheon and my destination is the Philippines. Do I need to have the q code too? Or is it only for those who are staying and entering in Korea? I do have my vaccine card though

Q code is for the passenger who will arrive in Korea. However you need to register in ETRAVEL PASS which is same purpose system and you have to show VACCINATION CARD when you arrive in the Philippines. Happy trip!!!
