I’m so happy to come across your channel! Love your videos. We stay in Tambor when we visit and will move one day. I’ve not seen many videos on that area. We stayed up the road form the tree, and didn’t even know it was “famous”. Lol. We also came across the Cocolito waterfall, and I was amazed at how there was no people there. We took our epic CR family photo there! I look forward to all your videos. Thank you!

Sounds good! That is probably something a lot of people are looking for as well. In the meantime I think the best resource for long term rentals would be joining a community facebook page dedicated to rentals. Another great way is to come and drive around. You'll find little gems although it's definitely more leg work. Pura vida and good luck!
Any crocs in the estuaries around there? Hope not!!

They are around but haven’t heard of any encounters in this area
Golf course is 9 holes not 18 but it's a pretty nice track.
