TRAVEL GUIDE South Africa: Ultimate Road Trip from CAPE TOWN to Namibia!
Welcome to South Africa! Join us on an epic adventure, road tripping through the vineyards, incredible landscapes and safari parks. We start in Cape Town and drive all the way up the West Coast to the Kalahari Desert. On the way we camp out in the wild with our 4x4 camper with rooftop tents. We make a stop at Cape Town, West Coast National Park, Langebaan Lagoon, Vredendal, Uppington and the Kgadagali Transfrontier Park.
In the previous episode you already saw our visit to Zanzibar and Tanzania, for the best beaches and safaris in Africa. Now we drive our own camper through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. After that we'll also hop on to Mauritius and Reunion!
We make our journey through Africa during a world trip of one and a half year. We may even continue to travel indefinitely. On New Year's Day we started in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, the Canary Islands. Then you saw us in Oman, Cape Verde, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Tobago, Grenada, the Bahamas, the United States, Mexico, Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands, Brazil, Qatar, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia and the Philippines . Zanzibar and Tanzania are already destination number 21 on the big trip. We have also been away from home for a year. Follow us on this world tour, first in Tanzania, from Zanzibar to the safari parks on the mainland and then to many more beautiful destinations in Africa! We still travel non-stop all year round and film everything, with a new episode every week. Also take a look at instagram @woutoftheworld or www.woutoftheworld.nl

Thanks Danijela! 😁👍🏻 we have plenty more Africa adventures coming the next weeks. Cheers from the family
Afrikaans is not Dutch in Africa😂. Although Dutch is the biggest contributor to Afrikaans I wouldn’t call them the same. Afrikaans is its own language. It is difficult for Afrikaans persons to understand Dutch and vice versa.

Hi Robert! Of course we know that. But I can honestly say as a Dutch person I had no trouble at all understanding everybody we met. My mom is from South Africa as well 😁 did you know 95% of the words in Afrikaans comes from Dutch? Technically you’re right of course 😉 it’s really fun for us to speak together. Especially in Namibia we found places where the people had no idea that we could understand them!

Haha that’s pretty negative. Music is subject to taste and there is no way to have thousands of viewers like it 😆 hope you enjoy some other of my videos. Cheers!
What camera do you use?

Hi Laurens, are you Dutch of from Belgium? I’m just guessing, but we make the videos in Dutch too if you check out the channel. We use mostly a Sony A7iii, but of course other cameras too like GoPro, DJI Mavic Air and sometimes the Iphone. Cheers!
I see you had to fill in your west coast part of the m video with some clips that came from other parks or parts of your trip. Also flying your drown in national parks are illegal. Be careful they will confiscate it and give you a serious fine before kicking you out the park!

Hi Tour Guide, the most important question is, how did you like the video? 😝🤙🏻 No worries. Also I totally disagree with most of the drone laws in the world. You can pollute, walk through, dive in the coral, disturb the animals with trucks and spoil the world, but the drone doesn’t spoil or even touch anything. It’s also small enough that no animal even notices. It’s a shame that most countries just ban them because it doesn’t give them any profit 😂

@WoutoftheWorld mostly i enjoyed it. Whilst you may disagree laws are the laws. Hope you remember that. The footage you have shown does seem to suggest you used it responsibly. However i warn you as much for yourself as for the laws. Having your drone taken(and you probably wont get it back) and being kicked out of the park would suck. As because you a foreigner the resultof getting that fine could be problematic. They are also disruptive to other park visitors. I will admit to using it when i have sought permission and when in areas its allowed.
New to this channel. Strange thing, I've watched half a dozen videos, the wife never spoke a word. Am I missing something?
@WoutoftheWorld

Haha why is that strange? 😅 You are the first person to ever ask this by the way in over a hundred videos, while some have a million views 😂 I understand though.. It’s not really her hobby to speak on camera. That’s also why the channel is just named Wout (the family is along for the ride).
The country is still healing from Aparttheid and Xenophobia.young south Africans should be educated more about love.These two factors still leave a a bad scar on the country and citizens.
South Africa looks beautiful when you remove all the people
