Travel Day and boarding the Disney Dream! | Disney Cruise Line Vlog | Day 1
Let's go sailing with Disney Cruise Line! We boarded the Disney Dream cruise ship from Southampton, UK, for a 4-day sailing to Bilbao, Spain and back again. Come along for the adventure! I set off from London with my mum, and then met my sister, Alice, and our friend Rachel at London Waterloo. Then we caught the train to Southampton Central station. From there, Disney Cruise Line had arranged a few shuttle bus to take people to the cruise terminal, which was a great surprise.
We had an early boarding group and we were on the ship just before midday! We met Captain Mickey and then headed up to Cabanas (ooh-na-na) for lunch. What a great start to this four day voyage with Disney Cruise Line!

Lisa we loved your video and how excited and happy y’all are! We leave next week and had a quick question about the train from Waterloo to Southampton. Is there anywhere besides above to store luggage? And you’re so right about how much is Americans eat, we belly laughed! 😂

Thank you so much! Have an amazing cruise - is that the Transatlantic? The Waterloo-Southampton trains have very poor storage, unfortunately. We put small suitcases on the luggage rack above seats and big suitcases in a wheelchair area that wasn’t being used. You can always have a suitcase on the floor, taking up a seat if needed.

Such a great video!! How much did you pay for your booking if you dont mind me asking? Currently looking at 4 day cruise to bilbao for £3200 or a 4 day cruise to la coruña end of august. Both for an oceanview deluxe veranda room. Wondering if thats overpriced this season? Thanks!!

I think we paid somewhere around the £3000 mark for four of us in the oceanview room (no veranda). How many of you are in the room for that price? It’s never cheap, but you do get a lot for what you pay.
Americans watch your videos. 🙄

I know! What’s your point? About Americans ordering dishes at dinner? We meant that Americans are more confident than us and less afraid to ask for what they want! Brits tend to hint that they want something and hope that it is then offered. It’s a cultural difference
