The “big” bus stop
Syndicado Transporte Higuey, Bavaro Punta Cana. From here the buses go to:

from 6 am to 10 pm every 15 minutes for 170 pesos
The express runs once an hour and only stops at a few stations, whereas the “normal” bus always stops when someone on the side of the road wants to get on or off the bus. THIS CAN TAKE A WHILE. If you have time, it can be interesting and fun.
You can also get to Miches from here
