Hi mate ! What size cable does your converter have a? I brought a 15v 15amp one off eBay I haven’t hooked it up yet but it only has 1.5mm cable witch is pretty small so not sure I won’t to even try run it through it with the travel buddy ! Thanks Chris

@@beersintheshed. brought the 15v one as thats what I’d seen in a lot of videos until this morning I watched a few that use 13.8

@@chrisharding795 I spoke to the owner of travel buddy and he doesn’t recommend the 15v as he has seen a few with burnt out timers.

@@wayneramm7288 its a Daygreen 276w dc-dc converter 8v/40v input to 13.8v 20a output. Got this on ebay $85. The latch was something someone made on a 3d printer.
