Long story short: the whole "After Hours" album is like a movie - a story of Abel (The Weeknd) trying to let go Bella Hadid, his ex-girlfriend. Their relationships have been hell of a rollercoaster, so the emotional range on the album is quite the same. I strongly recommend you to listen all of the songs in order to listen to the lyrics, catch the vibe and get the whole story. As for me, Faith is one of my favorites from the record, as well as Save Your Tears and Until I Bleed Out - the toxic theme of getting someone involved in my lifestyle hits me on a personal level and became the beginning of some kind of rehab.

Trilogy (his first 3 mixtapes) are a R&B masterclass. The change in styles, the raw vocals, the most facked up lyrics about partying cheating hell their is even a song about a girl killing herself cuz he doesn’t love her. It is in my opinion the best album ever made (in 2011 he put the 3 mixtapes together and called it trilogy) I recommend the songs House of balloons/ glass table girls The morning The birds pt2 And the strange and creepy mixed initiation Sorry for my english I am dutch

One reason I love this album so much is that every song and music video is a chapter of a story. Don't know what the story is exactly but I see the development and the beats are so unique on top of the thought of making a story out of an album. The weeknd is so talented and he cannot be overrated imo.
