The very art of life has many factors complacent as it be or lazy as we call it have a place and a time, as all times we hold matter .. Life is never perfect, yet it is perfect "each of us are".. We as humans need to not appoint any judgement on each others experiences. You Me the whole of humanity make the lesson of each of our lives a expression of love ..love of our own uniqueness We all create a something to help others buy it..as She creates beauty by her work. We all create something in effect ..a Gift we all have.. Finding ourselves is a art also ..her peace mite have changed in self refection by the world events. Disharmony fell she needed to find her peace again.. I think she did.. 💞 🙋 hope we all find it in this 2022 world.. 🙏 😃

I'm so glad that there's things like this to watch online. This young girl is an amazing talent with a great message of inspiration, passion,drive, and faith.

Her painting is so vivid... It's like she saw herself in another world. The details she puts in and her expression.

We are NOT to create images of God, whether it is statues or graven images. That picture she painted of "Jesus" is no more of Him that it is of our uncle joe.

This made me cry a lot... words spoke straight to the heart and soul. Humanity is under attack and we need to connect to who we truly are to save ourselves... Thank you for this, Akiane. This self portrait was truly divine timing.

I felt her pain also. I felt so sorry for her that she couldn't find the peace within. I would have liked to have been at her side to encourage her, and tell her how beautiful her creations are. The self portrait is absolutely beautiful, just like she is. May she never lose heart in her work. It's perfection!!

The phrase "once in a lifetime" always makes me think of the lost talent that we'll never know of, the talent latent in young people (and old) all around the world who struggle to live. I think of the multitudes of African children, among whom were Mozarts and Beethovens and Akianes who never had a chance to develop their talent or display it. I'm not laying blame on anyone....I just think that so much potential is lost to the demands of the lives that people live, whether in poverty, or in oppression or even in relative prosperity -- think of overcrowded cities like Los Angeles, where developing one's potential is not encouraged. Or even think of a farm boy who finds that school comes easy to him, and so doesn't work hard, and then continues that pattern throughout his life. What could he have become, had someone, or he himself, recognized that he had potential to do much more ? That story is repeated untold numbers of time around the globe, and for thousands of years. Akiane is one of those great talents who does develop and display their abilities. And we live in an age where anyone can observe her working, and her completed work. We're watching Rembrandt, Da Vinci and Mozart at work here.

Akiane, I find it intriguing that you were drawn to choose turmeric to color the hat (and possibly the sweater that matches it). Turmeric is commonly used for conditions involving pain and inflammation. Throughout this journey of releasing the portrait to its finished state, the common denominator has been the challenge of pain and discomfort. It is as if you had known to clothe yourself with anti-inflammatory color, particularly your head (mind/soul) and torso (digestive, respiratory and reproductive organs). You seem to have intuitively known this project was to identify the connection of your thoughts to the identity of your physical self. You are triune: spirit/heart, soul/mind, and body. You were certain of that before you were certain of how the portrait would be portrayed. You are unified. You are congruent. You are aligned within yourself. The journey was to witness this alignment and understand it in relation to the world around you. Eloquently depicted! Thank you for allowing us to peek at a bit of the process. I imagine that the Creator thought through every aspect of you in a similar way, when He was designing you.

Akiane isn't using her gift for God's glory, though, is she? When was the last time you heard her mention God or Jesus? That's not meant to be any kind of criticism of her, or of you - I'm just bemused that people still seem to see as her as some kind of emissary of God.

Yes, it.would be between Him & her, but we are known by our love & by our fruit (fruits of the Spirit). She lives in a million dollar home & even her prints sell for thousands of dollars. The love of money is the root of all evil. If her paintings are from God, why are they inaccessible to the general public? Only rich people deserve them? Of course, zhe leaves her parents in charge of operating the business & they claim not to be religious. Maybe they are the problem?

When I looked at this finished painting through a screen shot my heart fluttered and felt some sort of emotion not just one like joy or passion something else it actually took my breath away & it took awhile to settle into this amazing feeling I had after viewing the finished work of art the self portrait... I saw felt and internalised much of what was said through the video what Akiane said she felt while painting it. It is otherworldly and she is beyond any words that we have in our earthly languages to try and describe her, more like feeling & frequencies that have no words. Thank you for what you give of yourself to the world if only you could feel what I felt when viewing this portrait so you could understand what an amazing effect you had just on one person me. I am in awe of your talent and can imagine the lucky people who have met you or who have your originals as they are you your essence and vibrational frequency come through especially in this one. The turmoil and dark energy around the world at this time is hardest on empaths. You feel this all and its important to learn how to protect yourself from an overwhelming amount of negative energy or just energy putting up protective light and meditation will help and I'm sure you already know this but you need to remember to use this as your light shines so bright it is visible in the furtherest reaches of space

Just looking at the end of all the hard work brings tears to my eyes. God is perfect in every way. She’s looking right at herself in the mirror in a very unpleasant world that’s not as perfect as her paintings. Her soul was crying inside, she was in pain. A painting for modern future artists! It’s just mind boggling to see her work from when she was just a baby little girl now a grown woman staring back at her.
