Hello, thank you for this video and explanation of this procedure. What would you suggest about analgesia during laparoscopy for ovarioectomy? Do you think lidocaine splash of ovarian ligament is enough or is there any better local block procedure? I'm asking this with the reduction of usage of sistemic opioid in mind. Regards
