Thanks for checking out the video! Anything heavy I use a snatch block. I teach the guys that I train to use them as well. Keep up with your awesome videos! Maybe one day I’ll get some cool recoveries like you guys. Tell Mr Wilbert I said hello.

😂 that’s why I used the wheel lift. It keeps the front end down. 🤜🤛
I wish I had half the equipment you have.

Honestly I bought all the stuff little by little. I know a lot of people complain that companies don’t provide them with everything but if you think about it, does a mechanic get his tools handed to him or does he just keep buying his own tools. Little by little I have bought tools that make my job easier. There are some tools kid love to buy but are way too expensive and I’ll never make the money back so I don’t buy them. I have also saved the money I made from tips and used that to buy some tools as well.
Amazing job

I love having a remote!
Hope you have a cdl moving these lifts.
Thanks for making this video. It was really insightful. I sure wish I had a winch remote though… I’ve towed skylifts and always had to have a second person. Still though, the way you used the snatch block to double the strength of the winch, I never considered that. Always learning from you.

You’re welcome brother!!! Glad the videos help! I always use a snatch block on heavy loads. My last truck and all the trucks prior didn’t have a remote either so I know how you feel. I have gotten spoiled with this remote.
Nice job. Where can I buy this towing vehicle that can transport a forklift?
this was filmed the around the 11th or 12th, when it was a balmy 15*F and WINDY that's why it takes so much out of you during the load & Chaining, working in that is brutal.

Thanks! I winched it up while backing it up in reverse. They’re not hard to operate.
Did the winch pull all the weight up or did you reverse as well? How much weight can that thing safely pull?

I reverse the machine while loading.

Snatch block
dumb question but you cant simply drive hte forklfit onto the bed? was this one disabled?
@TowMan127

I could’ve drove this one up because it’s strong enough to drive up the bed but I don’t like loading these machines like that because if they don’t hold it can roll down the bed.

That forklift is too heavy for that flatbed. A tandem is needed
