Yeah. Spent 250usd pluss shipping only to find out fitment was not there and har to tape up bearing for it to fit. Will be a new oem bearing for me. Tape part was their response to fix it.

Surly it's time to replace the bearing aswell when this happens?but getting away from the labour of dropping the propshaft and splitting it is definitely worth it for sure👍

I have PTSD from doing the Prop bearing on my V6 Touareg might be a shout designing one for the Tregs

Would a worn one of these cause vibration felt through the floor and throttle pedal when accelerating at motorway speeds? With the ressonance getting faster with the speed? B8 A4 Quattro manual, Everything thing suspension related is new (thanks) and wheels balanced. Car handles amazing apart from that.

Potentially could be with those symptoms, however it could be a number of things including flywheel so

Good one - is there any upgrade for the seal at the front end of the shaft where it connects with I believe the transmission - right at the top of the front stabilizer bar and secured with the 6 hex screws? Thanks

@@DarksideDevelopments Thanks. Would you have or know if there's an OE or equivalent part for the seal then? If yes, I can share a pic on your email to confirm the part/its location though I believe it's the propshaft front boot in your parta listing! I can see some black rubber or seal breaking up and sticking out, and can shake the shaft. BTW mines a 2015 Tsi 4motion.

@@DarksideDevelopments the product is really well made, only trouble was getting info on the install. Even an A4 page with key instructions to go with the video on you tube would have been a great help. I trimmed too much off the rear bearing not realising that the lip you should leave is crucial for a snug fit. The music on the video could be replaced with a narrated guide. Its too late for me and my rear bearing I'll have to figure out some kind of packer to take out the slop. It may help future buyer's anxiety. Cheers.
