Well I've been going to traveling carnivals all my life, but I never saw a ride this massive and this complex. Totally amazing to see how much work goes into setting this up. I enjoyed the entire video, I was never tempted to fast-forward. Thank you

Probably 2 or3 hours to set up. They have to move the 2 tower sections evenly as not to throw off the balance and cause the ride to tip over during set up and take down

No Hi-Viz No hard hats No safety boots Minimal glove use Standing under unsupported moving machinery Standing WITHIN unsupported moving machinery (I work with hydraulic equipment every day - sometimes they fail) Working at height without harnesses (above 2 metres) or any visible fall retarding equipment while standing on possibly damp metal while wearing soft-soled shoes. Securing bolts only hand-tightened. No torque wrenches used

You've just answered your own question. On this side of the water each ride is usually owned by a different company and even those that are owned by the same company have a different management team for each ride. Each ride takes paying customers on the ride rather than through a ticket or wrist band arrangement. The pleasure parks that are all year round and owned by the one company do operate a wrist band scheme rather than individual payments per ride.

Da kann nichts Passieren^^ - Bevor die Besuchermassen kommen, werden die Fahrgeschäfte noch von einem Extra-TÜV abgenommen, wenn der irgendwas Findet, bleibt das Ding stehen bis der Fehler behoben wurde.

MsJinkerson actually it’s 8 cables. 4 are regular chains, the ones that are most obvious, but there’s also 4 steel cables, which have literally proven to be able to hold a car each.

@@ezra2361 It is the top cables that support the arms that concern me. I would prefer something solid or some sort of redundancy. I think I would pass on riding this myself for that reason alone.
