very nice video in 6 minutes you have taught us so much that we were not able to understand in 1 hour class, what an amazing teacher

On 5th of January 2023 I'm having my final exam for molecular Biology (I'm doing Bsc in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering currently 5th semester final exam gonna start). And this guy is really really something else.. I haven't understood from my teacher/professor but these lectures are so so so so well explained and easy to understand... A 100% recommended thing... This video was good although I have some doubts 1. Where is eIF2B, eIF5 used??? (As it's binding and animation is not mentioned in this video) 2. can you please be more elaborate with eIF5 and eIF5B functioning. As in the previous video you've mentioned eIF5B dissociates all the factors from 80SrRNA (which acc. to me probably must occur at the ending step of initiation)but here in this video eIF5B attaches so early in the 40SrRNA.
