This is awesome! I think I would've swapped the cable machine & hack squat/leg press so that you could easily drag the bench over to it for lat pulldowns etc!

PLEASE provide a link for the leg press/hack squat machine ! I have a home gym in my garage also & would love that .

Love the space ! I would have loved to get that leg press but short of room my garage gym is a single garage . Like you said you have to prioritize and think of space 👍👍💪

Interesting you chose the ab/adduction machine over them leg/hamstring curl one. I'd say most people would prioritize that one. Good thing is that you can still do them on the cable though. Very clean looking gym. Your parents are 🐐🐐

Check out Lowe’s for mirrors or check out your local Craigslist for bathroom mirrors might find someone who is offering for free. If you haven’t already gotten some of course 😬.

That's a massive garage so I'd be surprised if you didn't get a decent gym setup in there!

Gym looks good. However, it does not seem that practical in terms of lay out. For instance, there is not enough space between the bar and the wall. Consequently, it appears that you are going to damage your wall when exercising and you do not have enough space to put your plates on.

Yes! I’ve worked out in it for a few years now and it’s been amazing. A leg extension/curl machine would’ve been good but it’s not necessary :)

I don't know......would have been useful if you had listed where you got products from.

I'll never understand these home gyms with every dumbell from 5 to 90 pounds. most people can get along great with 4 or 5 sets of dumbells

You don't need cardio machine, girl! If you want to work cardio, do some jogging and running outside. Buy stuff that you need to build those legs and butt.

@@lottielucy You want to do cardio and at the same time do some productive exercises that will build your muscles? Buy some kettlebells. Two would be more than enough since you already have dozens of dumbbells to exercise with. I would recommend one of 5kg and another of 10kg. Just don't buy the cheap plastic ones. And remember to work those abs as well. No machine needed for that either.

for cardio get a skipping rope!

willy delagente I enjoy working out alone a lot of the time. It’s my ‘’me-time’, but I do workout with my boyfriend or family in there sometimes too ☺️
