I have the same bed, only not with a sofa, but with a dining table attached to it, from the same brand. Love it, in my 17.3 feet (28m2) studio apartment. And yes, it's expensive, but less expensive then a bigger house with more space ;o)

Lots of great ideas I can use thanks. I don't understand the dish washer though, it's barely big enough to fit anything. When it's just one person it is quicker just to wash it up. In the UK we have a lot of apartments a lot smaller then this. This would be pretty big compared with a many I have seen here.
