The truth. I stopped collecting transformers years ago till I seen Starscream and the ROTF prime and just knew I had to get them. The accuracy they had was a must and me being a customizer I love putting in work with them

This is the Optimus we should have gotten in the first place when Studio Series first started because this Optimus looks better and the colors are more accurate.

I actually have a theory about that problem: Remember how at the end of RotF Optimus left Jetfire's parts over a statue and he had some mods after the battle? Well it is possible that the scene we see Optimus when he's right next to the statue ment that the figure was like that and his original backdrop (my bad, forest battle) was that (that explains the dark colors and the chest).

The reason the RotF Optimus looks like that is because that figure is supposed to represent the forest battle scene, and in that scene Optimus was a bit damaged. That's why his colors are darker.

YES, this video was reuploaded. After so long of wanting this, I finally ordered one. I will finally have a true movie Optimus. The only ones I had before were the hook missile one and a DOTM cyberverse recolor.

the leader class optimus prime that we got way before was really screen accurate, notably the foot, the wheels especially the wheel on the foot being the front wheels which have the flarings, the back, and on the alt mode the part where the trailer connects is legitimately screen accurate

They should come with posing stands to you can replicate certain scenes, I honestly like both versions of prime bc he did actually look sort of dark in rotf, but the one your reviewing is a great replica, like I'm reaching in the screen and taking optimus out lol, great review and I'll try to give you a lot of support optibotimus! I also have the rotf SS-05 prime to ik what your talking about!

Well Optibotimus to be honest this figure I think stands out more than the previous Voyager but not much but I'd wish Hasbro would but both voyagers together and make it on figure that would be nice.

I'm pretty sure the leader class Optimus coming out is just a slight remold of this and an included trailer, and it can combine with jetfire also, just if anyone wants to save money

I have this and jetfire. The combination is amazing

i am not getting this figure cause i am getting the Leader Class Prime that has the Jet wing look from Dark of the Moon

To anyone who owns SS 32 Optimus Prime, please be careful with the knees, where the red section of the legs are, in the back of the figure, there is a red piece that connects to the legs, mine has broken even though I have been very careful with the toy, I've only had it ever since June, be careful with the figure, I will try and see if super glue can fix that area, be careful yet again, as it makes the knee too loose, but still can do poses

Thanks for the review/ video.. This is an awesome mass retail toy for its price but I skipped this one because I thought that Hasbro's just gonna retool this with some "add ons" and lo and behold.. We're gonna get the same figure + trailer in the future... "Fool me once, shame on you.. Fool me twice, shame on me"... Apparently I got fooled 2x just to figure out Hasbro's marketing system... Good thing I stopped getting fooled, 2 years ago...

Sadly I lost one of the blades ;-; and I’m using this one for the revenge of the fallen.

The newer one is eye candy with those bright blue and red colors

The new one looks way better and more accurate in robo mode while in vehicle mode there isnt mutch difference.Looking at the pictures, the leader class will be the same like this with some accessories for higher (leader class) price. I would prefer if they could make an optimus prime leader class that is a bit taller to scale better with other autobots like ironhide, especially in truck mode.

Vehicle mode wise, I prefer the original. Robot wise I completely prefer this newer studio series version.Overall, good review. BTW are you doing Bonecrusher and Jetfire?

I’ll never understand why the company thought of just having his feet on the back of the truck and not find a way to transform it. I mean they could’ve just stuck to mpm masterpiece formula by making the feet part of the grill and front bumpers part of his ankles. I love the figure as a whole but there are some inaccurate parts that are where they shouldn’t be. Does it bother me? A little bit. Could they have done better? Absolutely. I hope one day they make another one of these and just look back at the rotf version to make it better

What studio series would you recomend? I have jetfire, and ksi sentry. I want bone crusher and prime from bumblebee and that one. In VA can't find much

For Jetfire if you still had the Revenge of the Fallen Leader Class Optimus Prime and Jetfire you would of had them combined and the Studio Series Prime and Jetfire separately in your collection.

I see why you don’t like the new one, so the old one actually cleaned little bit better and dark blue color looks good in robot mode and the truck mode. The new one has a big kibble on each side of the chest and the blue color is too bright. Also the piece that doesn’t fold down for the legs on the new one.

Don't worry,The little part that was warped is not just yours, mine was a little bit warped also and i noticed it in another reviewer's figure. So it is likely the case with most if not all.

@@xx_colton_xx It is only really an issue during a small part of the transformation. And it is the beginning going from robot to vehicle, and then vehicle to robot it is at the end.
