The reason he's so unhappy with his Bumblebee performance is because he costs so much that they could only afford him for one day, so got the Honest Trailers guy to read Optimus's lines, then got in Peter Cullen at the last minute to redub them. He's an absolute legend, but pay him much more and his performance will suffer.

Exactly! Even before the 2002 movie, he's been voicing Optimus Prime since 1984. Peter Cullen is the 'oldest G voice actor for the Transformers franchise.

what they show here is that transformers can really exist somewhere in the far corners of space only we may not know about it yet and in the animated version of Transformers Prime Ratchet says that their planet can be tens of hundreds or even thousands of light years away and what do they show here and they mention Unicron in Transformers The Last Knight Quintessa tells Prime that Earth is Unicron and in this movie it's a separate planet and you can see Unicron's eyes for a few seconds in the trailer

I remember this because in Jhansi Uttar Pradesh India we were just 3 guys watching this movie, me my brother Ahin Dutta and my friend Ashish Barrow, in the movie hall because in India nobody at that time could understand the Science Fiction movies specially Hollywood movies and this movie changed everything, during the interval few police officers joined us and they were mesmerised by Optimus Prime!

This movie was really good. Glad I saw it at a movie theater first before a tv, iPhone or tablet. Mirage was the standout. Sorry Bumblebee. Not to mention he is my favorite car, a Porsche 911.
