Joseph Smith added books to the canon based on what the angel Moroni told him. Brian Simmons translates canonical books based on his training, study, and experience. How is that anything like Joseph Smith?

@@JewandGreek What do you think about Brian Simmons wanting to add another chapter to the book of John? Have you listened to what Brian has said about this recently? That in itself is a red flag. When he does add another chapter to John, what type excuses are you going to come up with for him then? Which bible verses are you going to cherry pick to protect this guy?

The more people protest his teachings and mock his translation, the more I want to listen and read of him. Jesus was also called a heretic and look how that turned out

The reason why people are protesting Brian Simmons is because he is adding to God's Word. Putting words into God's mouth that He has not spoken. As a believer, this should bother you. If we remain silent as a false prophet tries to take over the Church, Scripture says, we are just as guilty if we stand asleep and say nothing about it.

@@matthewcraig8926 what specifically has he added to it? From what I’ve heard and read of it, he expands on lots of verses because the English language can’t always capture the fullness of the Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic languages. I could be wrong and I’m not saying I want to follow anyone blindly but sometimes the “majority” isn’t always right.

@@parkerpruett4579 The Book of Revelation in the Holy Bible has 21 Chapters. Brian Simmons has added a Chapter 22 of his own doing. That is adding to the Holy Bible, and he is standing on dangerous ground for doing so.

I confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth lived, died and rose again on the third day. I confess he is the I AM. I confess him as my personal Lord and Savior, and I confess I need to do a better job of making him my Lord. With that said, the fact that so many Christians that produce no fruit, bad fruit and little fruit hate on this man, leads me to think he speaks truth. Dead Christian hate on this man, I don't trust dead Christians. The Bible says "we will know them by their fruit" I don't trust bad gardeners. TPT Song of Songs speaks to my heart, tells me I am loved by Jesus, answers many question ive had my whole life and leads me to love others as Jesus loves me.......

A mocker of Pastor Simmons came across my you tube as I was searching for some meat to eat from the preachers of righteousness. But he was speaking against Brian Simmons, and I thought he was expanding on some revelation he had gotten through him as i began to watch. It led me to find this message which, I’ve only listen to 10 minutes and already tell he’s one of the first fruits. Pastor Simmons has revelation knowledge by the spirit and I love it. So I want to think that mocker that’s against Brian Simmons for leading me to him. I know now that Pastor walks in the light is God is in the light and I have fellowship already with him and the blood of Jesus is purifying and cleansing in that communion. The mockers seem to be not walking in the fullness of the Light. We will give an account for every idle word spoken against a brother or sister in Christ. Do you know the negative words against this brother are like a first grader trying to comment on what someone with their masters is talking about. Jesus said, you don’t have any need that any man teach you, for you have been given a sacred appointment by God, You have been anointed by and you have been smeared upon by the Holy Spirit and you know all things. This is where Pastor Simmons is at. even if his mind hasn’t recalled it yet he knows it’s in him by the Holy Spirit, and is allowing him to reveal to them the truths and revelation by the spirit. So, they mocked the messenger. Sounds familiar. It should, that’s what the Pharisees and the Sadducees did to Yeshua. Then they ultimately had him killed. I bet I’m batting 1000 to say these scoffers are probably not baptized in the Holy Spirit. So I pray they receive that and come into the light and revelation of Christ by that Holy Spirit that loves them. Anyway, we are all in one family and I love you all 🙂

It should concern you as a believer, though, of the things he's adding to Scripture. I'm concerned. Because I decided long ago to make His Word the foundation of my faith. When I see man adding his own words to the lips of Jesus, it makes me pause and examine what he's saying. No judgement here, just sharing a concern.

There is only one gospel!!!. If the Lord wanted a new one, God would not let one man do it... He would have different people do it, that did not even know each other... The word would still be perfect... It's in the bible, about false prophets extorting the word of God....They will act like christians and seem like christians, but they are working for Satan....
