I went and got my hair braided and I spent a lot of money on it and I hate it. I think if I jazz it up a bit, I’ll feel better so this helps a bunch.

Even though this video is old, I find this method so easy ,comparing other videos where a thin strand of hair is installed "through" the braid it self at the bottom ,and tying a knot twice on the strand. My question is did you keep the box braids after taking them out when it was time for another hair style?. I like to "Reuse" the hair especially when its a pre looped box braids,('Senegalese, etc)

It's beautiful.....I saw a video where you didn't have to unbraid the braid you just could have crocheted it in braid like the top braid you put a piece of the deep braid in

Of course! I did this to some of my short pieces to give the goddess braid effect, but I'm sure it could be done all over

How long does it last once u add the crotchet hair ?

It lasted about two weeks with the crochet hair but much longer if you use human hair

Thanks Chinny! I would say that it adds an additional two weeks to the style. Adding the moose helps to prevent detangling and frizziness.
