    Great video. I teach job and interview readiness to immigrants, and your presentation is concise and clear. One point is to discuss the 'difference' between transferrable skills and strengths - people label the qualities you described in both those ways, so there really isn't one way to explain the relationship.

    Good comment. I think of strengths more like talents, and skills as abilities you have developed. Once you develop a transferable skill, and are good at it, it then becomes a strength. Strengths, on the other hand, are not always transferable.

    Hello! In my previous school I was the head of the class, and students often asked me about homework which was given to as a or some problems I think I developed my problem solving and leadership skills. Also, now teachers sometimes give me big tasks (like essays and projects), so I can develop my oral and written communication skills, self-motivation and analitical skills.

    1. Exceptional customer service: there are many ways to answer this question, but always think from the point of view of the customer. What would you expect from a customer service person to make your experience great? 2. How to answer "do you have any questions for our company?": See my video on Why You Should Always Ask Questions at a Job Interview, and What to Ask kzread.info/dash/bejne/nGuFxLWNaM2fj5M.html

    Thank you for your comment! A statement of purpose for a postgraduate scholarship requires more strategic planning than I can help you with here. I helped a student write one recently, and it took several hours of planning, writing, editing, and revising. I recommend that you do a google search using keyword phrase "statement of purpose for postgraduate scholarship" to help you get started.

    Make a list of the all skills that you used as a game programmer (be specific), then make a list of the skills you need in the e-learning filed (also be specific), compare the two lists, and see which sills appear on both of your lists. Then, write your sentence.

  • @kissscareercoaching

    @kissscareercoaching

    Most interpersonal skills are transferable. Usually, only mention any transferable skills on your resume if the job ad asks for them. It's also useful to give a short example of how you used them to get a result.

    How about Emotional Intelligence?

  • @kissscareercoaching

    @kissscareercoaching

    4 жыл бұрын

    Mark Krzanowski that's a tricky one because there is debate over the definition and importance of emotional intelligence. Effective communication, working well in a team, showing empathy are all specific examples of emotional intelligence, and are easily understood by everyone. I recommend using these examples instead of just using the general term 'emotional intelligence'.
