Hello, I'm currently not getting the QR code prompt. I have checked and all app permissions are granted and I am on the same wifi network. Do you have an idea on why I am not neceiving this. I am only getting asked if I would like to restore backups from my associated gmail account.

It's stuck in 64% on new phone how to fix please
