The person on the right is non binary, they don't identify as any gender. I find myself at a loss for words. There are two completely distinct things happening here, and I find it really hard to reconcile them. About 70 years ago, a person with a profound problem with their gender identity, chose to spend the rest of their lives living as the opposite sex. Medical science having reached an amazing level of ability to reengineer the human body, can in fact make a male human being effectively female and vice versa... To the point that there is now a line of transwomen awaiting the opportunity to receive a uterine implant and give birth to babies. Like I said, medicine is amazing. These folks with profound gender identity problems almost exclusively show signs of intersexing, their brains show marked structural anomalies consistent with being closer to the structure of the sex opposite their assigned birth sex. We know that there are a number of things that can happen to brain development in the third trimester that impact sexing of the brain... but its incredibly rare. Then there is something else completely different. A community representing about 2% of the population, that wants to tear society's norms around gender down, and reduce gender to something you put on and take off like a shirt or blouse. Like fashion. Replacing real flesh and blood people and there history with a kind of drag performance. On the one hand, if all gender stereotypes are blown up, and we can all just be anything we want, any time we want it, a whole lot of social inequality is going to blow away, and people will be free to try new ways of being. See if perhaps there isn't a better fit than the garment society squeezed you into without your permission... But for folks who've been living a life for a long time, watching people mess with your standards and ideals, can be pretty damn threatening. And the smug, self obsessed way they perform "Gender" isn't exactly winning hearts and minds... It feels like being mocked, like black face for sex. it feels like being gaslighted. It completely ignores the life invested in this life and treats it all as inconsequential, by its very nature. It leaves you feeling deeply insulting. I don't know how you criticize a "Human Doing", because explaining the difference from the perspective of a "Human Being" is certain to be lost in the translation... they're missing a dimension. I belief some good may eventually come from this, giving people more freedom to be their genuine selves without fear of reprisal, or hate. But its gonna be a rocky road with a whole lot of chuck holes in it. It could start by respecting the people you appropriate from. It could start by arriving politely and honoring the people you relate to.

The fact that two grownups with beards and dresses on are saying that they are GIRLS makes me sick.

These are guys… with a problem. I wish men would stop insulting women. We don’t think like this , talk like this or act like this.

Not only that, but saying that some "human beings who are girls" have 'transcended what their gender is supposed to be' suggests that trans-women are BETTER than cis-women. Isn't that wildly offensive?

So long ago I was at a women’s night at church. We were divided up into groups and were given questions to get to know each other. We’d read a question then go around the table, each of us answering. One of the questions was “What do you enjoy about being a woman?”. Each person offered their own perspective. One woman shared discovered strength through motherhood. Another said intelligence through managing everything. It got to me and I shared I enjoyed femininity. And the looks a few of these women gave me. I almost felt embarrassed until the girl next to me said she was going to say the same thing. I learned that the women who scoffed at me and glared were from places like Portland or Seattle. They had some real attitude about femininity coming from a woman. When I see videos like this I can’t help but wonder if they would advocate for this type of “feminism”. It feels like if you’re a woman and you celebrate being feminine you’re deemed an embarrassment to womanhood. But if you’re a man playing a role, it’s considered courageous and truth. The hypocrisy is unreal and frankly, I’m tired of it.

And she's not the only woman like that, my MOTHER was a marine, enlisted in '89 or '90; all woman. Playing "dress up" and watching Dylan prance around in nature in booty shorts, a sports bra and HEELS, going "ooooo" and "ahhh" like he's never seen a tree before, makes it seem like womanhood is all pretty dresses and makeup, and "acting" like an airhead, because THAT'S what they THINK womanhood is. I couldn't tell you what it "feels" like to be a woman, but I don't have to in order to know a woman when I see one.
