Opiates are sourced from opium. Opioids are synthetic and non-synthetic compounds that operate on the same receptors in your brain. All opiates are opioids but not all opioids are opiates. The terms are being used interchangeably here when they’re different things.

I’m going through tranq withdrawals now. It was put in my fentanyl without me knowing or even noticing it. It was a little strange that I was able to go a long time before I needed to redose but I thought I was just doing good as far as lowering my dose and not using as often but in reality it was the xylazine that gives your fentanyl “legs” aka makes it last longer. I’m almost 48 hours in and I’m starting to feel a little better. I was able to eat just now. I mostly slept the first 24 hours thanks to some medicine I have and strong fentanyl without any cut that helped big time. During that sleep I was waking up a lot with high blood pressure and severe migraines. I had clonidine,klonopins which is a benzodiazepines,zofran for nausea,ibuprofen for the headaches and severe migraines which I think is because of the high blood pressure. I also had a slight fever that I took some high dose Tylenol for. I also have Valerian root and gabapentin. I am feeling better right now after 48 hours but my blood pressure is still high and bpm is pretty high too. Hopefully this will go away in the next day or two. I now have xylazine test strips which will help me avoid tranq dope. I will also be starting micro induction of subs as soon as I get the xylazine out of my system. I don’t see a need to detox from opiates or fentanyl cold turkey because it’s brutal. Micro induction of subs is the best route.

I'm going through this now. I don't know if my fet had tranq but I’m going two days clean and have minor withdrawal symptoms. I’m scared of precipitated withdrawal. I’ve went through it before. I’ve even tried micro dosing subs but it just made withdrawal worse. I need relief. I don’t know what to do.

It works like an beta blocker with a tranquilizer. You'll need some type of beta or alpha blocker to curb that withdrawl along with methadone or fentanyl which is dangerous to mix . And a benzo

When janson first made fentanyl, I'm pretty sure he did NOT start with opium or any derivative there of. Fentanyl is 100% fully synthetic
