I have a problem with my 3/4 of a flip I land on my head and neck, my whole back and leg hits the tramp or I land on my head;(

That sounds pretty scary! It's hard to say exactly what's happening without seeing it, but it sounds like you're either putting too little or way too much flip into it as you take off. The better your 3/4 is on the trampoline with regards to heel drive, keeping your chest up, not immediately looking for the bed etc, the better it will translate to trampwall.
Great tutorial! I learned how to swan dive from this, but i still cant figure out how to return to wall running afterwards, for some reason i always bounce straight up after a dive with no momentum towards the wall :/

Thank you! If you film a clip and send it to me on instagram I'd be happy to take a look. Generally speaking, that's usually caused by not landing flat on your back or landing with either straight or dropped legs.
Hey I got my first swan dives today without a mat. My issue (other than going too far sometimes) is mostly that my head is not touching the bed while I land after a dive, so my neck hurts a lot, which makes me don't want ot practice a lot of swan dives. I try to practice normal dives on the tramp, but I always either land on my back (lower) without my head touching, or my head is touching first and that is too scary for me... any tips on drills to practice this?

Congratulations, that's a huge step! How are your porpoises? If you can do dive/front 3/4- consecutive porpoises like I do around 00:20 in here, it should feel the same in terms of the landing position. It can be pretty scary to gauge how much rotation you have and when to duck over when doing them off the wall, so hopefully that helps. Have a friend throw a mat at first so it reduces the whiplash. I hope that helps!

@@ScottMcDonaldAcrobat I can do 1 or 2 porpoises max because I go forward in each one

@@vincentbeaulieu7553 Gotcha. Wherever you aim your kick is where you will tend to travel, so aim at the ceiling instead of forward, maybe try doing porpoise- back bounce- back bounce- porpoise combos to really drill the control and landing
I can do ballout after ballout, but I am terrified of this still ugh!
