I have a great idea for a video, at my gym we pay this game called "add it on" and from the name u just do a gymnastics skill and keep adding on to it, who ever forgets the sequence(cause once it gets long its hard to remember ) or messes up on the skill (to the point where they fall or you can't tell what it was) their out. This is played o the trampoline mostly. Sometimes we do it on beam,bars or floor

what I can do on tramp: back layout back hand spring 1 handed back handspring back flip ariel like roundoff ariel thing front flip front tuck with twist a whip and a back stepout ive been doing hymnastics since I was 4 aha great job

When you do your backs, make sure to go up instead of back, I noticed you travel a lot!! But great job as always :)

i can do a cartwheel , back handspring , straddle jump and more :)

I cam back and front flip, full twist in straght back flip, double back and double front as well as ome and a half twist in straight front flip.

or it could be a front layout, if you hold you legs its a front pike but otherwise its a front layout

Cos ibdo trampolining I can do a double straight into a foam pit 😂😂

Those plus front with full twist, back with full twist, front 1 1/2 twist, back 1 1/2 twist and sometimes back with two full twists (not very straight though)

it's called a half or a full twist, depending on how much you twist.
