759 is missing the Mars light on the smokebox door
If you're still looking for suggestions for a 5 engine train, I'd suggest 5 of the engines from Strasburg. They are CN 7312 and 89, LI 39, N&W 475, and GW 90. I know 39 hasn't run for them and 7312 is being restored, but a train with these engines would be amazing, especially if the trian consisted all the cars from their packs.
