The refurbished Pendolinos is *way better* than the unrefurbished Pendolinos… Like when does the 9 car Pendolinos will get refurbished and some other 11 car Pendolinos will get refurbished?

It's an ongoing process, but the 11 carriage units will all be done before they make a start on the 8 carriage units.
