Mark did a decent job, he has definitely done some sort of muay thai or MMA type training at some point. Nobody does kicks like that without at least some prior training. Not saying he is at a pro level or anything, but doing those kicks that quickly especially with the non-dominant leg, and from the way he moves his hands suggests muay thai training.

Yeah, I feel also he's downplaying his training. His kicks had the proper point of contact, he knew also to not overextend his elbow and his wrist while punching was completely straight. ALL learned skills. In a world of untrained people claiming they can fight, we have him, obviously somewhat trained claiming to be a newbie for the show.🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣

100 punch, 20 kick + g&p would gas anyone who didn't do this specifically on a regular basis. Tbh, he only got through because: a) he cut it short b) he's in decent shape. c) he used shitty form and zero power.

FYI...a left (or right)-leg kick is not particularly easy if it's not your dominate leg and you're not stretched out properly. So for him to do 10 of those without hurting himself is somewhat impressive. Personally, I'm 6'4, 280 lbs and can probably move an average person 2-3 feet with a solid right leg kick. Using my left, I can very easily pull a muscle if I'm not properly stretched out.

I agree, he has definitely done some sort of similar training before. From the way he moves his hands when kicking I would say Muay Thai training. Now that doesn't mean he has excellent cardio or he trains right at this point in time, but he has had some training at some point (even if it was just personal training sessions that incorporated muay thai).
