Training with an 8C+/V16 Boulderer • Aidan Roberts and Jim Pope Board Climbing

Спорт

This week we've got something a little different... British winter isn't the most reliable for conditions, so often you end up having to change your plans on the day. In this particular case, we had planned on a big day out on the Staffordshire Gritstone, only to find everything wet...
So instead we settled for crimping on small pieces of wood underground. It was a good laugh and some disgustingly hard moves were done so the day was far from being wasted.
The video doesn't do justice to quite how bad some of these holds are, but then again I guess they're about what you'd expect from possible the strongest set of fingers in the world...

Man. I wish i could train that much without my body breaking. 3/4 board sessions + hangboarding and off the wall stuff, and i don't doubt a cheeky sesh outside or two. Jealous of that training history.
