Hi Connor great video was just wondering if you have tips on how to improve on getting up quickly after a dive I used to be great at it but I’ve got worse after my hamstring injury

Hi mate - make sure you rehab the injury fully and recover from that first! But general core strength is very important for it, and using your momentum to help you get up can be vital!

I wear Kaliaaer gloves and they are brilliant, great quality & durability. The link to their website is in the video description, and you can use the discount code OKEEFE to save a bit of money on them too. For rebounders, I found a good metal framed one on Amazon during lockdown, but I'm not sure that it's up on there anymore! I'd go for a sturdy looking one if you can, just to make sure that it's durable.
