Took me back to 2006 to Watford..it’s been a while.. I was only there for 1 week before I left for Australia too, waiting there in my business outfit to fund out later on board that the ship went into dry dock for two weeks and I had basically vacation living on the ship. It was amazing.. little did I know I would be the only hairdresser for the christmas cruise and I worked for two weeks straight 14h/day until my feet wouldn’t swell down anymore.. still... it’s lifetime memories and experiences I will never forget.. it changed my life since I met my now ex-husband onboard I have two kids with 😀

Hi there. Yes officers have to have a clean, short hair cut. I dont know about makeup but I would assume it's ok to wear as long as its subtle.

Hello, I have just enrolled in a LMT school in Kentucky. My state only requires 600 hours for licensure.My question is how many hours does Steiner require to be an licensed massage therapist? Would I be allowed to apply with only 600 hrs ? Thank you.

As long as you have your level 2 & 3 beauty therapy qualifications, you can apply. No experience necessary but it is advised.

What if I get licensed through my state of Massachusetts. Once I’m licensed can I find work on any cruise liner or do I have to go through specific programs

Hi dear you can apply straight to the recruiter go on Instagram and look for on board spa it depends where you are as well I mean the recruiter

I spoke to a recruiter and she asked me to send my passport my certificate and resume so that she can set up my interview and then I did then she send me a form that I had to fill and I haven’t heard from her since so what does that mean ?

Great video. Just wondering, I'm a qualified Male massage therapist. I Haven't found alot of information about male therapists in regards to both Steiner training academy or on the ships. Do you have any information or advice on this?

Hi, I have never worked with or heard of a male therapist with Steiner so I font really know. Men that work for Steiner are usually Fitness, Acupuncture, medi spa or the soa manager. X

When I worked for Steiner on my ship there were at least 3 male massage therapists on board. I think they went through the same hiring process as everyone else.

Is visible tattoo ok for aspiring trainer?

No fixed salary, it is all based on sales.

Yes there is a minimum of $800 but you will hopefully earn alot more as fitness. You will work alot so you want to make sure you can earn more than 800! If you want to do this, the best advice I can give is speak clear English and be comfortable talking in front of large groups of people. X

You need to work for what you want. They require top people according to what I've watched.

Just listen to the majority of the feedback of ex Steiner's and see the comments 🙁 almost slavery
