Your test is guna jump up if youre coming off a cut or hard diet. Once you refeed it makes a big difference. Even without using boosters, which should only jump you up 200 points at the max, you should be pretty high in the range of normal. Id be shocked if you were naturally close to or over 1000 ng/dl so if it is, that would seem abnormal and I would also re test.

Alex you’d be surprised at how well some people respond to intuitive eating. I have gotten MUCH better results from that then trying to track calories. Ofcourse if you were to cut than maybe having some idea of your macros can help you.
