Nice sequence. We were training recently something similar, but without the sword grab; however the grab just came in naturally in sparring. It is not a "textbook" Fiore's play, but it fits in there nicely. I believe Fiore would agree with it, as he generally likes holding weapons of other people :-)

Well, it basically follows the pattern of action the one handed sword master anyway. Instead of grabbing the arms you grab the sword, if you are closer you grab the arms, if you are too far away the sword. Then anyway, most Fiore Longsword actions aren't even described by Fiore himself in the Longsword section, funny enough!

Can’t wait ! I am also eagerly waiting for Guard series too :) .
