Training Log 11 - Strength or Size?

I have been delving into the strength aspects of training, and I have learned a ton about both bodybuilding and strength training. These things are not separate entities, but they are far from being one in the same. Both the methods, focus, goals, and likewise are different between either goal. However, I still believe that there are takeaways that apply to everyone on either side. In regards to myself, it is safe to say that I have done this, and will likely benefit in the future because of it.
