Training For Western States with Adam Merry

Adam Merry is a professional trail runner for Saucony. Three weeks out from the biggest race of his life -- the legendary Western States 100 -- follow Adam on one of his last critical training days. The day is composed of two training sessions, an uphill/downhill threshold workout, and a flat 4x3min tempo in the evening.

Boulder's trails are very gnarly and steep. 7:22 pace up to Green is insane.

Don't know about you but I'd have water on me for a 14m up and down run like this. I can't really fathom hitting the top like they do and not requiring a long tall sip of water.
