Hope to see a sub 10 performance today idk if he will be at his Olympic form at the WC due to his injury plagued season but it’s always good to see the Olympic champion do as good as possible

They don't know track and field, most of them are casual Italian fans of Jacobs who know next to nothing about track. Like i said in the other comments It will be a huge win if he can get a sub 10

Marcell has such good techniqur and relaxation, if he's healthy, I cam definitely see him as a sub 9.9 runner. But to your point, 9.80 & under is not easy at all. I think with the surge in sub 9.9 athletes over the last 10 years, people are starting to forget how difficult of a feat that actually is to pull off.
What time does it start?
He pulled out
9.9 low tonight in Lausanne for two reasons : 1. He’s still recovering 2. He won’t go near i sands fast times this week as he has/is training to peak at worlds whether he was injured or not Called it first :)

Jacobs should just focus for the World Championships and I believe he may wind up to full form in August. If I were him I would do 4-5 events to make up for the lousy season.

What Jacobs can medal in: Eugene 100m, Eugene 4x100, Munich 100m and Munich 4x100. If he gets at least 2 golds in those events then he's had a good season with the injuries he's had.

The only thing that he can do now is pulling a Bolt 2015, but it's very difficoult 😂

@@SempliceJack If that happens I shall rejoice, he should definitely be a nominee for Athlete of the Year after that. The only other clutch 100m runners who are in the picture rn are Kerley and Coleman so Jacobs can still medal.

@@yennox5338 bolt did that, but still he ran a couples of high 9.8 the races before and in the final gatlin messed up, i don't think that this will be the case for Jacobs (even if i hope so). Probably the coach will pull him out for "injury" and he will win the european later without competition.....
Better for him to pull out.... And wait to run in oregon

Just because he got ink on his body doesnt mean he can actually print papers, so that would be an unfair statement. The number one printer right now would probably be the HP OfficeJet pro 9015e. But both of them run just as smooth.🖨️🏃
