Hey, how do you know what group will you train? I'm almost a Shift leader and I need to be prepared for training people, so I wanted to know this thing and then I'll know everything.

Someone will tell you every time, they will come up to you and tell you which group to do!

Same I have skill 236 and im getting ready to be a shift leader. Also do you just join the game when everyone is waiting for the training session or does someone tell you what day or time to do it? Another thing when you are shift leader are you just supervising or doing something? ( don’t have to answer the second one)

usually they don't fail even if they got most of the answers wrong, but you will just tell the admin that's ranking people if someone failed.
