I driven a 37 double headed with a 50 on AP Wherry lines and it sounded absolutely awesome.

Spending Sunday catching up on more of your first look videos, i dont have a 50 or 37 so this one is going onto my list. Those sounds are something else! Great video mate.

This is stunning, as to be one of the best out there on TS2020. Been waiting years for a good class 50 and now it's here, i will be making some scenarios for this, just need to get a hold of some old timetables.

some of these class 50 managed to get into Portuguese Railways as CP Class 1800 and they look very similar and the sounds are sorta similar too (hi from a Portuguese viewer)

My mistake, the MT Class 50 is still available on steam.

This pack is brilliant. I am actually doing the scenario from Paignton to Exeter in 50047 at the time of writing this comment.

Revised NSE 2 was a darker shade of blue but with same stripes as Revised NSE 1. Not many coaches got it but a few locos did.

A slight inaccuracy in the graphics. Newton Abbot station has never looked that tidy (I live within a mile of the place!)

Same, not to mention iirc that track plan didn't exist until late 90's, so in a way an immaculate scenario. Nitpicking though, the Hoovers are epic

I'd love to see the layout which existed before the tracks and sheds were binned 1970's ish , live within 2 miles.

I nickname the class 50 the ghost train. The front of it kinda looks like it has seen a ghost aha

Hi Alan how are you? What is your favourite Armstrong powerhouse trains and route?

AP should make a little note in the manual for packs that give you those different views you can select because they don't quite work correctly for those using TrackIR lol, I found that out myself but you can get around the issue by moving your head to point the camera where it should be, TrackIR is awesome though & I would never play this sim without it, the realism goes up another notch when you can look around in game just by moving your head.

Wonderful model. Love these old Hoovers. One thing, but did the EE 16CSVT sound a little ... weak? Yes, turbo spool-up and wind-down were spot on, but these monsters should have a real, buzzy-bass presence. Even with my hi-fi phones, I'm not hearing it. Everything else, brill. Love the "grime factor"!

The sounds were recorded using 50042 on the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, and having been on it IRL it sounds spot on. However, I do remember hearing that every now and then 42 doesn't fire correctly. Not sure if it was just my hearing though

A developer called Mesh Tools had a 50 in the game for quite a while, I guess it's no longer on steam though.

Yes it was a very very old model with many faults I think it’s still available though

You mention wheel slip, well when driving past a sand sign I press the sand icon but nothing seem to happen. How are you supposed to know if its on or off?

To be completely honest, while yes the package as a whole is really nice, the sounds weren't on for me on these. There's no 🅱️ass! Very trebel heavy and exhaust noise centric. There wasn't that bass grumble I witnessed in person at SVR.

I have issue with the pack. The clag seems to be giving me no texture boxes. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. Do u no why this is??

@@AlanThomsonsim Oh ok. The 50's smoke particles didn't appear properly so I verified my cache and it broke those packs so I guess we're kinda in the same situation.
