I used to travel on these and the 465's alot and i am very impressed with this. I listened with headphones on and it does sound so realistic. It never ceases to amaze me how talented people like this create such amazing products for train sim. The look on your face Alan while driving said it all. Great video Alan.Well done all.

Superb!! I'm getting my hands on one this week, I guess there is a difference in motor change in a 365 and 465, where its slower in a 365 and sounds more sped up in a 465 both in full power. At least that's what I noticed.

Yeah, they are ,465s have that 4 cycles of noise alot faster yhan 365. 465s sound starting from around 5-7mph and ending around 10mph before continuing on. The 365 has the 4 cycles of noise around 10mph and ends at around 17-20mph before continuing. Probably because it has a higher speed limit. That's the best way I can describe the noise. Additionally I'm not sure why , but 465s and 466s are the only networkers to have that humming/ jet sound at high speed, 365s dont sadly. It really makes the thrashing sound great at speed .

I have seen you like something a few times, Alan, but you look like a little boy at Christmas in this video. A bit like me in a 442 😁

I did some comparisons and I think the AP Class 365 is a little sluggish compared to the average of the real life train. Especially at the very start + top end. The AP 387 is closer to real 365 performance.

Does anybody else have a problem with the non-standard keys not working? I can't use the dead man's pedal to do the dvd reset.

Would this apply to the class 465 as well as the 365 is pretty much just the overhead electrified version of it?

Yh it basically Is because I think they were once down south with the 465s

that feature with the AI blowing its horn is cool but it has been done before the 1800s US steam locomotive that Smokebox makes is able to blow their whistles. It also was done in TSW with most of the stuff made by Meshtools namely the class 40 33 and 08s

@@maxvandenberg6905 they werent just greater northern, they were WAGN "west Anglia greater northern". And I think they recieved some in the late 90s after robbing them from the south east. And then recieved the rest from connex south eastern in the early 2000s. I think around 2003 is when WAGN decided to butcher the fronts of these lovely trains for some air con. when instead they could have just put the AC on the top of the cab like the 465/9s , and left the original design how it was.

I've not seen this before but boy did I laugh @2:44 - "oh those click clunks"- and ejaculate!, wow who need people, you can really feel him getting off!!.

I wanna go back to TS2019 but need a proper GPU. Never buy Zotac OC cards guys and gals
