📜 Video Description 📜
In modern times poker players have become very dependant on solvers to study the game and rightly so. Being able to obtain a concrete answer on how to play a poker hand is invaluable. The problem is that in many spots solvers will tell us that our EV between two or more actions is the same and in the real world this is very rarely the case. In this video I review some hands I have played as part of a the GG 100 Rush and Cash bankroll challenge where I think we should deviate from solver play and where one line is comfortably better than the other.

That episode where you acted out as different people was BY FAR the best episode. Whoever fucking said that was cringe is for sure a neckbeard Redliner struggling in fucking 50 Cent NL

Are we counting teaspoons too? Cos the average number of those in a British household is around 700.

Why is a 3x BTN open indicative of a fish? I thought it makes sense to open fairly large at micro stakes in order to try and win more often pre and avoid paying rake postflop.

Videos like this one are great but just dipped my toe in to the CPS content, buying Pete's recent cash injection course. Halfway through and finding it instructional and enjoyable. Keep up with the good content Pete!

Hey Carrot Corner. I think the I personally would be raising a lot of my hands on the turn to your B33 bet, as I unblock flush draws, and block 56. What would you do facing this raise on the turn?

So in that 96hh example, you make a case for overbluffing bc they're not going to defend their checking range enough. What does this mean for when we have KT (our nutted region)? Do we still OB or do we apply that same logic and bet a different size even though that's away from theory?

The problem with playing too solver friendly in low stakes is that solver plays are becoming more predictable as they are starting to be identified just by familiarity rather than anything skillful, and without the pressure from playing something like high stakes, you're just going to get stationed off when you bluff more often and your other good-on-paper plays will always have that chance of blowing up in your face. At the end of the day, if you're not playing a super diligent field like high stakes or online, just find your marks and exploit them while using those solid fundamentals as a baseline to remain profitable in most situations.

This guy makes so many unfounded claims with zero evidence to back it up. Don't know why anyone listens. If you're so confident explain the lack of evidence for your claims! I am of course talking about the number of spoons in your house. Poker info's good as always :]
