Was doing my usual spotting on the Punggol LRT at PTC (Punggol Town Centre) when a fault suddenly occurred.
No trains were arriving along the Punggol East Loop CW [via Damai] at PTC Platform 2, and staff were shouting "EAST LOOP PLATFORM 1" several times.
Therefore, I decided to ride the Punggol East Loop ACW [via Cove] onboard V08 to see what happened on the opposite side, and I found V25-V54 being manually driven at a very slow speed.
Do note that all of the personnel inside the faulty train were staff. All passengers were detrained from V25-V54.
