The red light was tripping me out!!!!! Thank you for going into detail about the dash lights. I had no idea what that EMP bomb icon was at first

Nice mods. I've had a 300xrx for a few years. Drilled exhaust, bigger carb jet (HARD to find!), 11gram sliders. I put an LED light bar on mine because I was concerned about the battery and charge system pulling the big off-road lights. Planning to put bigger tires on when I wear out the original ones. Nice review!

@@LithehaxI ordered from Webike, but it says they're discontinued. You may be able to find some in a search, that's what I had to do. You'll want jets for a Yamaha Majesty 250. The Linhai 300cc is a clone of that engine, but that particular engine was never sold in the US.

The TrailMaster 300 is one of our favorite Buggies. The XRS is the standard model with solid rear axle. The 300 XRX is the deluxe model with independent rear suspension with shaft drive, leather seats, aluminum wheels, and a host of other upgrades

How's it holding up? Im getting the xrx 300 or the yama buggy 400cc will most likely regret it and will just put a 600cc katana engine on which ever i get.

Alex Sanders it is holding up great. Although the fender welds broke if you are buying the 300 xrx you might have to mig weld a little more support on them. Besides that it is holding up great. If you are planning on putting a 600 cc katana it does have a bit more room in the engine compartment. But the top mounting bar would need to be heighten.

I have a brand new 2020 Trailmaster 300 XRX, and the temperature indicating LED stays on solid yellow, even if the go kart hasn't been run all day. I'm wondering if the temperature sensor itself is wired normally closed, and I'm just not getting the power to open the contacts. Any ideas anyone?

Hello @ColdSoup I don’t recall having that issue with mine but I had a way worse issue I was riding one day and the piece that comes off the bottom of the gas tank loosened up and leaked gas onto the hot cylinder, head, and exhaust manifold the result was it caught fire and burnt to the ground I had no idea it was doing that until it was too late the fire investigation found that the threaded gas outlet on the tank was not securely fastened as a result of the manufacture thankfully insurance covered it. That was two years ago.
